VENDOR GUIDELINES

The Virginia Peanut Festival Committee cordially invites you to participate in the 63rd Annual Virginia Peanut Festival.  Please adhere to the guidelines listed below.

  1. Booth applicants or members of their family can display wholesale, handcraft and miscellaneous items.
  2. Exhibitors must supply their own displays, coverings, tables, tents etc.
  3. No profanity of any kind will be accepted at the craft or food booths.
  4. Craft exhibit spaces are 12’ x 12’. No more than 2 exhibitors may share any booth space.  Lines marked in advance of the Festival by the Committee must be honored.
  5. Booth fee must be submitted with application.
  6. Checks that are returned for insufficient funds could result in cancellation.
  7. There are no rain dates.
  8. The Virginia Peanut Festival Committee will not be responsible for damage, loss of personal property, personal injury, or accidents involving exhibitors.
  9. You may not sell your space or trade it to another exhibitor.
  10. No entry fee will be refunded after the application has been accepted.
  11. No electricity is available to crafters. Electricity is available to a limited number of food vendors on a first come, first serve basis as available.  There will be a cost for electricity of $75 per vendor per space. 
  12. Food Vendors must supply their own water and heavy-duty extension cords. The size of the serving vehicle should be listed on the application to insure adequate space.  Oversized vehicles may be charged for 2 spaces at the discretion of the Committee. 
  13. Vehicles will be allowed on the festival grounds at the discretion of the Committee. No trailers will be allowed on the grass.  All crafter vehicles must be removed from the grounds by 9:30am on Saturday September 27th, 2025.  Failure to comply may result in the removal of the exhibit. 
  14. NO EXHIBITORS will be allowed to sell VPF logo items without the consent of the VPF Committee. You will be asked to remove your exhibit and leave the grounds.

PARADE APPLICATION

September 27, 2025 @ 11:00 a.m.

Parade Rules:
Please arrive by 10:00am.

Try to maintain your distance with no more than 75 to 150 feet at all times.

To enter the parade route:

Travel South on Main Street…Turn right on Jefferson in front of the 7-Eleven…..Go to the fourth Street….This is Temple Ave.    Someone will meet you there and direct you to your designated location depending on the category which you are in.
